You conduct as many searches, as many times as you’d like! We will deduct Monster Credits (Monster+ Pro) or inventory (SearchMonster) once you view, download or forward a resume. You can see how many Credits or Inventory units you have left directly in your dashboard.  

We will notify you via email when candidates who meet your saved criteria create an account and enter our database – so you can reach out to them and connect before the competition. 

Yes! Our Resume Updated filter helps you narrow your search criteria, with timeframes such as “today”, “within one week”, to “within 9 months”. Just remember that candidates who have not updated their resume recently may still be qualified candidates who are open to a new opportunity.

Our search tool is designed to help you pinpoint the right talent with a variety of filters to help you narrow down your search. From options like “Limit results to candidates designated as veterans” to “years of experience” to “security clearance” you can get as granular as you need to find the right people.  

In addition, on each candidate card will display a match rate percentage of how much the candidate matches to your search criteria to help you quickly identify which candidates may be a right fit. 

Yes! You can message candidates either directly or through campaigns directly from the platform. You can set up an auto message campaign which will deploy small batches of email messages to candidates returned in your search results. You have the option to send 25, 50, 75 or 100 messages at a time. You can also schedule 5 day and 10 day follow ups to encourage engagement from candidates.
