Neurobiologist Job Purpose:
Maps nervous system by conducting, analyzing, and documenting neurobiological studies and research; preparing reports.

Neurobiologist Job Duties:

  • Maintains procedure integrity by adhering to policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Sets-up and operates equipment by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
  • Documents analyses by completing results of clinical trials.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing neurobiological data and trends.
  • Maintains safe and healthy lab environment by following organization standards and legal regulations.
  • Updates job knowledge by tracking emerging trends in neurobiological concepts and techniques; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional journals; establishing personal networks.
