Mark Nolley is a Management and Program Analyst in the Outreach Branch, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS, Verification Division in Lincoln, NE.  In this role, Mr. Nolley educates employers and the public on programs supported by the Verification Division including; E-Verify, Form I-9 and Self-Check. 

Prior to working for the Verification Division, Mr. Nolley worked in a number of project management and product development positions in the Financial Software and Healthcare Marketing industries.  Mr. Nolley also served as an Air Force Officer working on the development of several critical Air Force analytical simulations and weather systems.   Mr. Nolley earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science from the United States Air Force Academy and a Masters in Business Administration from Western New England College.
