As the administrator you have access to do certain things that the other users cannot.  You can manage all the billing information for every account in your company.  You can setup the account so users can only pay for purchases with Monster through an invoice and have the invoice sent to you.  The administrator also has the ability to set the logo that will be used for every job posting.
