As a Senior Director, Jeff is responsible for developing research and data to foster a deeper relationship with our customers. He has been with Monster for over seven years and has worked with both large enterprise customers and small businesses, helping them understand how labor trends and data intelligence can guide business direction.
Prior to joining Monster, Jeff was the Director of Research Operations for Affinnova where he created and led the development of a Professional Services group supporting client engagements using proprietary evolutionary algorithms. Previously, Jeff worked for Gómez as a Director focused on syndicated research, consumer market research and strategic consulting engagements. Jeff has appeared in various media outlets including the Wall Street Journal, Business 2.0, YahooFinance and CNNfn.
Jeff holds a BS from the U.S. Air Force Academy and an MBA from the McCallum Graduate School of Business, Bentley College.
Paul Jamieson
Director or Research, Monster Worldwide
Paul Jamieson is a Director with Monster, covering employment and workplace trends for Monster Intelligence. His research explores the trends in human capital management and have included such recent reports as, “Retention Strategies for 2006 and Beyond, Employer Branding Communicating the Value of the Employee Experience and How to Effectively Manage Worker Knowledge.
Before joining Monster, Paul was a Principal and Founder of FiSite Research, a research and analytics firm that covered the consumer and emerging trends in online financial services. Prior to starting FiSite Research, Paul served as Director of Research Services at Gomez, Inc. While at Gomez, he supervised a team of market research analysts that covered the banking, payments, real estate and brokerage industries.
Paul holds a BBA in Business Administration with concentrations in Personnel Management and Finance from Western Connecticut State University’s Ancell School of Business.
