In this webinar we examined the impact of the current recession on work and the workforce. Benchmark your company against others and see how employers like yourself are changing their recruitment processes, human resource investments and talent management utilization strategies. Understand the shifts in employee attitudes toward work and career and how you can capitalize on them. Lastly, learn how the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, the largest single spending bill in U.S. history, will redefine both the workplace and the American labor market. Will your organization come out ahead?

In this one-hour session,  results of an extensive research study based on the participation of more than 700 companies and almost 5,000 passive and active job-seekers were examined.

This session will answer:

  • What broader impact will the downturn have on the workforce and workplace of the future?
  • Will Americans fundamentally alter their spending and saving habits and what affect will that have on employment?
  • What industries will come out ahead?
  • Where are the best jobs going to be?
