Marc has more than 15 years experience in the employment screening industry.  In his role at HireRight, Marc is responsible for the company’s domestic enterprise sales and long-term sales strategy.  He joined HireRight in 2001.  Prior to HireRight, Marc held several positions at Certico Verification Services, a pre-employment background screening company.  Marc has a bachelor's degree in Operations Management and Human Resources Management from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.
 
John Bestgen
Senior Product Manager, New Customer Experience, Monster
John manages several new products at Monster, geared at providing employers with enhanced productivity and unmatched recruiting experiences.  John brings deep expertise in the area of recruiting methodology and technology, compliance, and background screening.  Prior to Monster, John worked at Deploy Solutions and Humetrics where he also focused on solutions for recruiting and retaining talent.  John has a bachelor’s degree in Economics and History from University of Massachusetts.
