A 2009 survey of over 700 companies examines how many organizations have applied for government funds.

The $787.2 billion American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) is the single largest spending bill in US history and may well redefine both the workplace and the American labor market. Notwithstanding the potential of the Stimulus Bill, only 4% of the companies who responded to our survey have submitted a proposal for government Stimulus through the ARRA, or for bailout and aid funding through the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP.)
